SCHOOL RULES

The School is committed to the protection of customers’ personal data. Your personal information is requested and used only for your service by the company. In any case, the company confirms that the collection, processing and storage of your personal data is done with your explicit consent and only for the purposes and to the extent required to provide the services you have requested.

The client must comply with all the instructions of the instructors which concern the way of performing the exercises and the choice of routes, both in individual and in group lessons. It is the responsibility of the clients to inform the instructor / management of the School about any medical problems they may have.

Customers must comply with the hygiene rules and all the recommended EODY measures for protection against Covid-19.

The guardians of minor children must deliver them themselves to the instructors who will take them on at the beginning of the lesson and be present at the end of the lesson to pick them up. In case the guardian is late for the appointment, which is at the School premises at the end of the lesson, the child will have to stay at the School premises to wait for his guardian while the instructor will continue his work. In any case, the School is not responsible for unaccompanied children.

The School is not responsible for any loss of money or items. Please do not leave money or valuables on the School premises.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Keep your position but do not deprive it of someone else!

Cancellations are accepted only by phone & within the opening hours of the Secretariat:

Monday-Friday: 9.00 – 21.00 & Weekends: 8.30 – 21.00

*If the ski resort is closed on the day of the reservation and the lesson has been paid for, the money is refunded. But if it is opened with limited mode and the open credits correspond to the level of the course the course can be taken and in this case no money is returned if the student does not show up.

ATTENDANCE – CHECK IN

In any case if the client does not register at the reception 5 ′ before the start of his course and has not informed about any delay, his reservation may be canceled with a parallel charge of his course, and his place is given to the next on the waiting list . If it is possible to transfer the course during the day based on the availability of the School, this option will be preferred.

CHARGES

The course will be charged normally if the cancellation is not made at least 3 days before it takes place on the School reservation phone.

BOOKING RESTRICTIONS (BAN)

From the moment that the cancellation of a scheduled course is requested within 5 days from the date of booking and 2 days before the date of its realization, 50% of the purchase value will be returned to the customer. (any bank charges and commissions of intermediaries / third parties withheld for the customer’s payment to the company are not refunded).

COURSE CANCELLATIONS FREE OF CHARGE

The cancellation of the course must have taken place at least 3 calendar days before its completion.

In case the customer has used the debit or credit card services during the payment, there is a charge of 1.24% on the total amount he has paid. Also, any bank charges and commissions of intermediaries / third parties that were withheld in order to pay the customer to the company are not refunded.

COURSE TRANSFERS FREE OF CHARGE

The course can be moved to another date if the cancellation of the course does not apply to weekends / peak periods and holidays.
